Husband, Father, Grandfather, Ex Nuclear Reactor Operator, Certified Keto/Intermittent Fasting Coach.
For over 32 years I worked at a Nuclear Power Plant, with 20 of those years being in the control room. My time in “the room” was over 40,000 hours of high stress, long hours, fatigue, with bad lighting, bad posture, bad food, bad air, and too much coffee. I was a physical and mental train wreck, angry, depressed, and at over 225 pounds, getting ready to move up 38″ waist pants.
Over the past three years I have researched and studied the problems associated with the comforts of our modern lifestyle. I have lost 50 pounds, sleep great, have very low stress, and am in the best physical condition of my life. Let me show you how you can do it too.
Sleep Hard
Your soft bed is KILLING you. You're twisting your spine, neck, and joints. Your muscles are forced to tighten to support your bones. It's time to get on the hard floor, relax your muscles and strengthen your bones.
Shower Cold

Eat Less
Eating multiple small meals with added snacks, "grazing" from morning to evening is damaging your health, your energy level, and causing you to gain weight. It's time to get control of cravings, stop eating for pleasure, and eat for nutrition.
