What I Do
What I do is not pretty
I get up early before everyone else and go outside to face the elements and hopefully jump in the freezing ocean. I sleep on the floor and wake up in the middle of the night and work out.
I try my best to not eat junk food. I follow the keto and intermittent fasting lifestyle. I always take the stairs.
I judge my success by having the energy to run the whole day with my two grandchildren without getting stressed or upset. The rewards are great, but the change is daunting. Are you up for the challenge?
